"Insurance Company EIG Re" EAD (formerly named HDI Zastrahovane AD) is a non-life insurance company operating on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. The Company operates mainly in the field of active reinsurance on different business lines. In 2015, Euroins Insurance Group acquired the majority stake in the capital of HDI Zastrahovane AD, with which the company became part of the Group and its name was changed to "Insurance Company EIG Re" EAD.
